Here are details of our 4 Step Floor Sanding Process:
Step 1: Assessment
This assesses the floor, making sure that it is sound and dry. It also allows us the opportunity to ensure that there is sufficient wood to be sanded.
Step 2: Preparation
This is a really important part of the process. All furniture needs to be removed and any necessary repairs completed. The appropriate system is selected and areas surrounding the floor protected.
Step 3: Sand floor to a consistent and level appearance
The floor is then sanded methodically. We use our dustless sanding system to complete this process. This ensures virtually no dust is created in the process.
Step 4: Apply a wood finish
A wood finish is then applied to the entire floor. This finish is carefully selected in order to reflect the usage of the space, the individual demands of the job and dependent on the requested appearance.
